has an extensive
background in not only coating formulations, but also the entire
process of applying the coating to a substrate and maintaining
consistent coated product. Much of this can be done through the
coating formulation, however, quite a bit of this
requires very strict processing instructions.
NuCoat works with a
wide variety of paper and film coaters and is capable of
establishing processing guidelines as well as product
specifications to ensure consistent product. During
this process we continue to assist the end customer in making sure
that they get good consistent product of the highest possible
quality. Final determinations on proper use of our products to fit the application(s), is the responsibilty of the buyer.
