Processing Assistance
Along with our expertise in coating formulations, we have an extensive background in the entire process of coating a substrate and maintaining consistent coated product. While much of this stems from the coating formulation, following strict coating procedures can have a large impact on results.
We work with a wide variety of paper and film coaters and can establish processing guidelines as well as product specifications to ensure consistent product. During this process we continue to assist the end customer in making sure that they get good consistent product of the highest possible quality.
